Q. Can I apply several types of modifications to my photo?

Very often your photo requires several types of improvements. For example, red eyes removal and skin smoothing. After uploading the image you will be able to select as many services as you need.

Q. How long will it take to complete my order?

Most projects will take 1 to 2 business days. Complex, detailed repairs may take additional time. Customcardphoto.com will work very hard to return your image as quickly as possible.

Q.What is the best way to send my photo?

The fastest way to get your photo to us is to send it using our website. If you have any problem to send your photo, email it to contact@customcardphoto.com.
If you do not have a scanner you can take your photo to a copy center where they can scan it for you and place it on a CD. If you have very large image files or your have problems sending your image via e-mail, we recommend a free service called www.sendthisfile.com that specialists in sending large files over the internet. The service is free - all you have to do is sign up and send your file.

Q.What settings should I use if I scan a photo?

You should use the "photo" scanning option. The resolution box should be set to 300 dpi or high. Avoid scanning your image above 300 dpi unless you plan on enlarging your image. Once you have scanned your photo, compare the digital file with the original photo to make sure that it closely matches the original.

Q.What file type and size should I send?

The acceptable file types are JPEG, TIFF, TGA and PSD. The file should be at about 300 dpi. A typical picture off of the Internet has a low resolution and will not reproduce as well as a traditional photograph will. Photos that have low resolution will look fine on the computer screen but will appear very fuzzy when printed.

Digital cameras vary greatly in quality. Generally, if the camera is set to the "high-quality" setting, you'll be assured great results.

Ideally, you should submit your photo at the final size you would like it, at 300 dpi in RGB color mode. Max size: 8Mb.

Q. I'm a professional photographer and need a lot of small repairs. Can you help me?

Yes of course. Just Email us with your requests. We are welcome to help you and your business. We provide extra discount for large command.

Q. What if I am not happy with the results?

Restoring, colorizing photographs are not exact sciences. What looks like a perfect photo to one may not look the same to another  If you are not happy with the results, we offer 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed for 30 days.
